NC State T-Shirt Ruffle Dress

Step One:  If you have an old t-shirt that doesn't fit anymore yet still looks good, you can cut t-shirt down so that it fits your little one.  Then get additional fabric that you want to add to the dress.  For this one we chose additional red and white NC State Fabric :).  I followed the  pillow case pattern for this dress since that seems to work for me.

Step Two:  After sewing the base of the dress and finishing the arms and adding the ribbon, I then worked on the ruffle for the base of the dress.

Step Three:  I then decided to add a smaller ruffle to the top of the dress with the extra fabric that I had.

Step Four:  The complete dress!  Ready for supporting our favorite team the
